Interior Renderings
- Description
- Timeframe
- Pricing
Photorealistic interior visualizations capture not only the appearance but also the atmosphere of a space. Each shot is created with attention to detail, materials, lighting, and mood. This tool helps architects, designers, and developers present their projects elegantly and convincingly.
Timeline depends on project complexity, communication flow, and revision rounds. For projects requiring multiple views, already developed 3D models can be efficiently adapted, which often accelerates delivery.
Typical delivery time: 7 – 12 business days
Price depends on space complexity, level of detail, and number of requested revisions. When multiple renders are created within the same project, the cost per image is usually lower.
Interior Animations
- Description
- Timeframe
- Pricing
Dynamic animations present the interior in motion. The camera guides the viewer through the space, emphasizing its layout, proportions, and character. This unique form of presentation imbues the project with narrative and emotional dimension.
Duration may vary depending on project scale, camera path complexity, and level of detail. Larger projects benefit from optimized workflows, as existing 3D assets are efficiently adapted for animation.
Typical delivery time: from 15 business days
Pricing is influenced by length, complexity, and additional effects (e.g., stylized lighting, advanced transitions).
360° Panoramas
- Description
- Timeframe
- Pricing
360° panoramas allow viewers to explore a space independently, as if they were sitting right in the center. These single vantage points allow for a complete view of the space from every direction and a realistic understanding of its character.
Timeline depends on the number of panorama points, interior complexity, and level of refinement. When several panoramas are created within the same project, already prepared 3D models can be efficiently adapted, which shortens the overall process.
Typical delivery time: 8 – 14 business days
Final cost depends on the complexity of the interior and the number of viewpoints. Multiple panoramas within one project are usually more cost-effective per point.
Lighting Animations
- Description
- Timeframe
- Pricing
Specialized light animations show how the interior atmosphere changes depending on the time of day and type of lighting. Perfect for projects where light plays a key role in the perception of space.
Timelines vary based on the number of lighting scenarios and scene complexity. Existing 3D setups are efficiently adjusted to create multiple lighting moods.
Typical delivery time: 10 – 15 business days
Final cost depends on the number of light scenarios and the required level of refinement.
Process
Brief
Once initial information is received, it is carefully analyzed. A preliminary project plan is prepared along with a list of clarifying questions if needed. An offer is then created, including scope of work and pricing.
Typical timeframe: 1–2 days*
* More complex projects or animations may require additional time.
Offer acceptance
After the offer is approved, the foundation of the project is built: the model is developed, with initial lighting and cameras set up. At this stage, draft renderings are produced to verify concept, proportions, and the overall character of the project.
First adjustments session
Adjustments based on the first review are introduced. These may include changes to the layout, spatial proportions, or even significant design directions. This is the moment when the client can refine the original assumptions to better align with the envisioned result. Simultaneously, materials and textures are developed, bringing the scene closer to a realistic look.
Second adjustments session
The project is refined in detail: materials, lighting, and atmosphere are polished, and the composition of the scene fully shaped. The outcome is a nearly final version of the visualizations, ready for the client’s review.
Final adjustments session
The client receives almost-complete visuals and has the opportunity to request minor refinements — such as camera adjustments, small décor changes, or subtle color corrections. This stage ensures every nuance is perfected before delivery.
Delivery of final renders / animations
Once the final refinements are approved, the project is completed. The client receives high-quality files, fully prepared for presentation, marketing, or any other form of professional use.
